What services do you offer?We offer Flooring installation ie; Hardwood, tile, vinyl and laminate. WE offer Hardwood stair recapping. We offer full bathroom, kitchen and basement renovations.

What is your companies ethos?Since inception (2010) Exquisite Flooring & Renovations was started with top quality and amazing service in mind. Every project is finished to the highest of standards and we dont leave until you are completely satisfied. We take on fewer jobs and tend to work mostly with repeat customers and referrals as we do not like to rush our product and we enjoy making lasting relationships with our clients.

What area do you service?We service most of Ottawa. Our area spans To Kemptville, Kanata, Orleans and everything in between.

How do you price your jobs?We price our jobs typically based on time and materials. We estimate the time it will take us and pass on an (all in price) to you. If we go over our estimated time, thats on us. We only charge extras for unforeseen issues and make sure to explain the issue and cost thoroughly. We will typically provide the rough materials needed for the project and have the customer pick out and purchase the finishing materials for the project. This way everyone knows what they are paying for and we don't run in to issues later on.

Is your pricing competitive?We tend to be in the middle to higher end of pricing. The reason for this is we try to take everything in to account before starting any project so you will not be burdened by constant price changes over the duration of your project. Our pricing reflects the quality craftmanship and reliability of our work. We dont cut corners or use subpar materials, we focus on delivering lasting value. Our clients consistently choose us because they value the fact that quality work reduces long term costs, stress and the need for repairs in the future.
